Hi, I’m Carmen your travel planner (aka travel advisor) with a serious love for creating well-thought-out trips. I’ve got a three-year travel degree from a German travel school and a background in the industry that goes way back, but my real-world experience goes even deeper.

As a military spouse and mom, I’ve spent years planning and organizing our family’s life through countless moves, travels, and transitions. Now that I’m an empty nester, I’ve taken all that knowledge and turned it into something I love, helping others plan their perfect getaways. TIMELINE: For 1-3 Days Travel

$79 per day planning fee

The Escape service is for trips that last 1-3 days. For example, if you want me to plan 2 days out of a 3-day trip, the service cost would be $158.

TIMELINE: For More Than 4 Days Travel

$99 per day planning fee

The Venture service is for vacations that are more than 4 days. For example, if you want me to plan 10 days out of a 14-day trip, the service cost would be $990.

TIMELINE: 30 Days+ Days

$ 149 per day planning fee

The Journey service is for trips that last more than 30 days. For example, if you want me to plan 40 days out of a 45-day trip, the service cost would be $5960.

TIMELINE: Custom

$ custom planning fee

The Group or Business service planning fee is a custom quote and is based on # of travelers and # of planned days. For example, if you want me to plan 3 days out of a 5-day business trip, the service cost will be calculated as a custom fee.
